Secondary to that the wine has a strong mineral and spice core. Fresh-cut-hay, slate, wet pebbles and balsamic with a vibrant lift and brightness. On the palate the wine is medium bodied with soft and silky tannins. The wine is naturally low in acid and that leads to a broad and coating mouthfeel.
