Light lemon yellow in colour, the nose is complex with quince, golden delicious apple, nectarine and a slight flinty nose. Pristine, elegant and fruit-forward the palate exudes good concentration balanced by vibrant acidity. Subtle and well-judged oak adds depth, intensity and a poised, mineral finish.
3 x Miles Mossop Saskia White Blend 2019
This is a Cape White blend comprised of 68% Chenin blanc, 15% Viognier, 9% Verdehlo and 8% Clairette Blanche. The nose is packed with notes of white peach, quince and hints of jasmine floral perfumed aromas. The entry on the palate bursts with citrus and white peach flavours leading to a textured and rich mid-palate.
