Green & yellow citrus, Granny Smith apple, with tropical fruit notes. Zesty, crisp, lingering mouthfeel. Spontaneously fermented & matured in concrete tank & neutral French Oak barrels for 10 months.
2 x Thelema Chardonnay 2018
Aromas of ripe peach, grapefruit marmalade, blossoms and complex yeasty flavours complement the toasty oak in the wine. The palate is clean with a lovely texture and long finish.
2 x Terre Paisible Vigne d’Or Chardonnay 2021
Lime golden in appearance. Flashy Chardonnay aromatics. Custard apple, Key Lime pie, brioche, and citrus blossom. The wine has a finely balanced palate held together by bracing acidity and creamy mouthfeel due to maturation in oak barrels.
