The wine has a pale lemon yellow colour and a bouquet reminiscent of green figs with hints of gooseberries and an intrusion of green peppers. The wine is dry, full bodied and has a long lingering finish

There is an abundance of tropical fruit. Some honeysuckle blossoms, yellow stone fruit, peach and passionfruit. The bouquet is summery, with added fresh cut apple and some fynbos notes. The palate that follows is juicy with ripe melon, white peach, and fresh, bright acidity.
3 x Stony Brook The J White Blend 2019
The ‘J’ is a wonderfully complex blend of 37% Viognier, 35% Chenin Blanc, 17% Semillon, 9% Roussanne and 2% Verdelho. All these varieties are vibrant and aromatic, which gives the wine a lot of stone fruit and floral notes.
3 x Boland One Formation White Blend 2020
A blend of Chenin Blanc 65%, Sauvignon Blanc 20% and Grenache Blanc 15%. This partially wooded wine shows layers of green apple with kiwi fruit aromas. Ripe pear and melon flavours as well as green pepper notes are evident on the balanced palate.
