The wine displays fruit concentration on the nose, with subtle notes of roasted almond. You’ll find aromas of kiwi, pear, golden delicious apple, dessert peach, and pineapple. The entry is concentrated and fruity. The wine is fleshy, with a broad middle palate that is refreshed by good citrus acidity. There’s a quince-like pithiness, and subtle hints of apple crumble notes.

The nose shows beautifully poised aromas of tinned pineapple, dried apricot and preserved quince. Elements of dry hay and ground spice also dance playfully. Strong, defined flavours of lemon verbena and summer melon are immediately apparent on the palate entry. These are followed by a classical, tempered herbaceous edge and full white jasmine blossom.

The palate opens with a creamy texture, balanced by fresh acidity that seamlessly carries the wood and fruit components. Flavours of ripe melon, yellow apple, and buttered toast emerge, offering a rounded mouthfeel.
